By accessing or using Sendrow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Sendrow provides tools for GHG emissions inventory, reporting, and ESG data management. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Sendrow does not verify the accuracy of emissions data submitted by users.

3. Data and Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sendrow is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of emission factor data or regulatory compliance of outputs generated by the Service.
